Shipping policy

 Shipping cost is based on weight. We currently offer delivery through UPS. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment at ups.com or by calling 800.PICK.UPS.

For all international shipments please call or email us.

We will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to delays in shipment or delivery of merchandise. We take no responsibility after it is scanned and taken by UPS. 

We prefer to use the service where a signature is required upon delivery. UPS will make three attempts to deliver your order. After the third attempt, they will hold the package at their warehouse for you to pick up. Judy Ross Textiles is not responsible for additional shipping fees if your package is not picked up. Customers may choose to waive the signature requirement by selecting “ship with no signature required.” We will contact you in the rare event of a backorder. 

Delivery Times

We generally ship in-stock items from our warehouse within two business days; however, some orders may require three business days. Please consider this packing time when selecting your shipping method. Also remember not to include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment. Within the US, if you select UPS GROUND, your package will have a delivery range of 3-6 business days, depending on your location.

Expedited Delivery

There are two options if you would like your items expedited to you. Next Day Air will arrive one night after the item is shipped. Second Day Air will take two days to arrive.

Custom Orders

Custom orders receive shipping quotes on a case-by-case basis and may take up to a week to prepare to ship. Made-to-order pieces require 12-16 weeks for production before shipping.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES (ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, GUAM, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, APO ADDRESSES, AND ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)

Please be aware that you will be responsible for all additional duties and taxes applicable to shipments of merchandise to locations outside the continental United States.
